By flight:

You have a very small Airports in Dresden or Leipzig, but only some city flight to them! Or you flight to Berlin or Prague!

Airports in Berlin Brandenburg (BER)
- from Airport Berlin Schönefeld you can drive
  straight to Dresden Neustadt with the Flixbus.
  The bus starts all 60 min. 2 hours to Dresden 
  Neustadt! Then 5 min walk to the venue!
  ( Ticket: 8-12€)
 

Or you have a Airport Prague
- you can drive from the Airport by bus or train in the
  city to the central bus station: Prague UAN Florenc.
  From there with Flixbus or other city busses
  straight   to Dresden Neustadt.
  The bus starts all 60 min. 2 hours to Dresden
  Central Station! Then with Tram, bus or Train to
  Dresden-Neustadt!
